Plastic Wax is a Sydney based animation studio that creates in-game cinematics and pre-rendered trailers for AAA game titles. Known for their work on game franchises and IP’s such as Warhammer 40,000, Saints Row, Darksiders, Civilisation and DC comics Plastic Wax competes with studios such as Blur, DIGIC and Platige Image (among others) to create some of the best trailers in the industry.

‘Deconstructing Cinematics’ takes a rare inside look at the production of trailers from concept, storyboards, asset creation and motion capture through to animation, VFX as well as lighting and compositing We’ll be focussing on some of our latest cinematics as well as including a secret peek under the hood of some exciting real-time projects we’ve been working on.
